[PROTOTYPE] Posted March 13, 2012 Hello there guys. I need help for a problem that I simply couldn't find a solution for. Perhaps you have played AfaDoomer's ZDoom TCs (Wolfenstein 3D and Spear of Destiny). If not, here's a link: afadoomer.com/wolf3d/downloads.html I have an annoying problem with the Spear of Destiny TC. It won't work on ZDoom 2.5.0 or derivatives. When I try to load it, it gives a DECORATE error. I can't detail, just see for yourselves. Does anybody else experience this? And is there a workaround other than downgrading ZDoom? Your help would be great, because I love that game. 0 Share this post Link to post
GreyGhost Posted March 13, 2012 Check your ZDoom version, according to the news page you'll need r3354 (or later) from the SVN. Haven't tried it myself yet. 0 Share this post Link to post

Gez Posted March 14, 2012 You need to load the Wolf TC before the SOD TC. 0 Share this post Link to post
yellowmadness54 Posted March 15, 2012 When ever I use this mod, my gun bobbing goes away forever even when not playing it and just normal doom and wads. Why not just play the actual wolf games? 0 Share this post Link to post

Why not just play the actual wolf games? There's a legit reason to play a TC of SoD for Doom; controls. Wolf3D's strafing is difficult to use, especially in battle. Doom has much better strafing controls since you don't have to hold down a special key to "activate" the ability to strafe. of course, some people could just be too cheap to buy it on Steam. 0 Share this post Link to post

That's because weapon bobbing is a user-side setting, not a mod setting, so the mod comes with a README saying to install it in a different directory because it comes with its own configuration file. 0 Share this post Link to post
