Texture bleed not seen in Doom Builder 2.

If I put a middle texture in the middle of a window that's larger than the place it's trying to occupy, the result is being able to see the texture under the floor or ceiling when I test the map-- which doesn't show up in DB2. Is there an easy workaround (besides not using textures that are too large?)
