Super Meat Boy Doom?

Stephen Clark made Super Sonic Doom, it was rather Doom-ish than Sonic-ish, except the music, some items and the puzzles. Would it be a good idea with Edmund McMillen's Super Meat Boy?

I think it's not an impossible idea. Unlike tha game itself ;)

I hope this happens. The Cotton Alley on this remake should be quite deliciously deadly.
