I'm sure most of you are aware of what EddsWorld is, as its become pretty popular. It is one of the first flash animation series I've ever really gotten into.
Edd was an inspiration of mine back when I was "cartooning"

What's up with all of these famous people dying from cancer?

Espy (or whatever that' famous mapper's name was) died from cancer as well did he not? And also that other guy who's name I can't remember.

I can't say I cared for his work, but twenty-four is way too young to die, regardless.

"Famous" is a very relative term, unlike sickness and death.

I posted that video in the Flash Games/Movies thread on the bottom of page 2, but I still found this very sad because he was such an inspirational animator, and I'm not sure what will become of Eddsworld now that he's dead. I'm going to miss him.

Since many people die of cancer, heart attack or in car accident it's inevitable that "famous" people and people from the Doom community die of these causes.

There was a thread in Doom General when it happened late last year. Apparently only a few people who had email contact with him found out. Fortunately, one of those people was a member here.

Anyway, cancer sucks because it's never on a curve. A person can be doing fine and "improving" with chemotherapy then die two days later.
