Zdoom mapping questions

I'm thinking about kind of a level that takes place in moving vehicle.
1. What would be the easiest way to make skybox viewpoint move along a path?
2. How about polyobjects that constantly move in one side and then appears again at the beginning?
And some other zdoom questions.
3. If I would change weapon behaviour, would it affect zdoom AI-controlled marines?
4. How about:
- one type of ammo that regenerates?
- backpack only raising max ammo of specified ammo types?
I would be glad to have at least part of the questions answered.

Well I've never actually made a skybox, but I've studied up on them here and there. I'd say that if you want to incorporate a skybox into a moving vehicle scenario, you should build the stretch you want to be viewed from the skybox, then set up the skybox camera thing or whatever it is to move along the path. Once it reaches a certain point make it instantly teleport back to the start, which is a location that looks identical to the end.

Changing weapon behavior doesn't affect monsters, marines, etc.
