The COMPET-N site has been updated with nothing less than 5 DOOM2 Nightmare runs and a lot of other high-quality demos. On the news front, the voting for The DOOM Academy Awards, the first ever award ceremony for DOOM speedrunners, is over: the Golden Cybers will be given the virtual way through IRC (Open Projects network, channel #cyber-awards) on March the 23rd at 23:00 CET. Bah, I wanted to vote in this, but my dooming computer fucked up a few days ago so I couldn't watch all the demos. The day of the awards ceremony is also the day I'm coming back from university, so I may not even be able to go to that, but I'll try.
