Anyone good at editing GFX stuff?

When it comes to this, I'm completely clueless. I'm trying to create a high profile project that I need a bit of help editing GFX stuff. Mostly trying to get ahold of someone who could assist in editing the end of level stuff that you normally see through Ultimate Doom E1-E3. Wouldn't it have been cool to see that when playing Doom 2 opposed to that stupid ending level background (that began in E4 in UD). Anyway, the project I'm creating would call for that sort of thing. Could anyone help me out with that? Thanks.

Actually that particular intermission screen began in Doom 2.
Episode 4 was released about a year after in the Ultimate Doom package with the same graphic recoloured gray.
