Yeah the "insider" is actually the terrorist controller (*wink* Able Danger *wink*) who claims to have "infiltrated" the Al-Qaeda cell. The suspect is of course the patsy in cases like these, who usually are mentally retarded so that they can't resist the op taking place.

I would call this guy a double patsy instead of a 'double agent'.

The article says how he "infiltrated" this Al-Qaeda cell, but it's really compartmentalized people who have different assigned missions as patsies during the op in question.
