GZDoom

I have been trying to play doom 2 wads (and the iwad itself) using gzdoom. But every time I try to open gzdoom, only "The Ultimate Doom" plays. I can't seem to play it with any other Iwad. Any help?

Do you get the IWAD selection box when it starts? If not, re-enable it. If it is already enabled but you don't get it anyway, check that GZDoom can actually find your IWADs. If they aren't all in the same directory, or in Steam's place if you got the games from Steam, then you can edit the ini to add the paths as needed in under the [IWADSearch.Directories] section.
