Where is this music came from?

I heard a music that was re-used some occasions in map. It was in HeDRoX but I've heard on the last level of Community Chest 3 too.

Can you help me which was that? Maybe a Duke Nukem 3D song?

I've wondered about that one too. It was also used in Simplicity, and based on the limited information in the credits and process of elimination, it's from some game by either 3D Realms or Epic Megagames. I'm pretty sure it's not from Duke Nukem, and I know it's not from ROTT.

MAP30: Leviathan is the thirtieth and final map of Community Chest 3. It was designed by Matt Tropiano, and uses the Duke Nukem 3D music track "Plasma."
