zandronum won't load pwads

I don't know what the problem is but nothing will load outside of whatever iwad I pick. Strife. Freedoom. Doesn't matter.

I've tried deleting the config file and starting over and got nothing. Then again since any changes i make through the game menue (window size, etc) doesn't seem to stick i'm not sure if it's even interacting with config at all.


my directory structure is like this.

/
/home/scaled
./zandronium (this is where iwads go)
/doom (doom specific pwads go here)
/strife (strife pwads go here)

Path=/home/scaled/.zandronum/(doom/strife)/whatever.whatever

It won't even load strife's VOICES.WAD.

No idea what's going on here
