Springy Posted January 21, 2013 Oh how nice. They thought about people with rat problems, every little helps I guess. Silliness aside though, pretty bad start to the new year for them. What next? Dogs' gonads in jelly? 0 Share this post Link to post
CorSair Posted January 21, 2013 Or another rotten Gouda shipment. But usually this is the reason why I usually avoid foreign foodstuff. Or just chug some vodka or stronger drink as a chaser, that'll keep the diarrhea away. 0 Share this post Link to post

kuda Posted July 6, 2015 I'm impressed, I must say. Very rarely do I come across a blog that's both informative and entertaining, and let me tell you, you've hit the nail on the head. Your blog is important; the issue is something that not enough people are talking intelligently about. (spambot link) 0 Share this post Link to post
Cupboard Posted July 6, 2015 Hey Clonehunter, you know what, you're right. Absolutely with your silver tongue. I wish more Doomers were open-minded like you. I'm impressed at our informative dialogue today. Don't let anybody say you are not an impeccable source when it comes to this topic. 0 Share this post Link to post

Hope the flattery will make humans think this was posted by a real person and not want to delete the link. As shown here, it doesn't really work. More advanced spambots try to pass of as human by posting stuff that should fit the context. Usually, they do this by copying the content of a post made previously by another forum member, so the spam attempt is detectable as well. 0 Share this post Link to post

Clonehunter Posted July 6, 2015 I guess I'm not to familiar with the flattery Spambots. Usually, the spambots I've encountered just spam links, usually to porn. Interesting info, though. 0 Share this post Link to post
Maes Posted July 6, 2015 Heh, I recall that not even 5-6 years ago, the most advanced "context sensitive" ads would simply pretend to have links for ANYTHING you had typed in a search engine. E.g. you typed "cholera-diseased rotten corpses"? You would inevitably see several "Click HERE for the BEST OFFERS on cholera-diseased rotten corpses!" or "Buy your cholera-diseased rotten corpses HERE!" links, making you wonder at how specific needs marketing could cover. Ofc they couldn't possibly have a legitimate link for everything, so in most cases you'd get just a generic cybersquatter's domain, or an "Oops! We couldn't anything find cholera-diseased rotten corpses,, but you can check our other offers...." link. 0 Share this post Link to post

And yeah Google has a generic catch all to the people willing to pay the most. 0 Share this post Link to post
