Inverted Cross doorway lift

In Memento Mori 2 MAP03, near the beginning of the map, there's a pathway in which a player steps over a line, the wall drops down via Repeatable walkover lift lower wait raise, creating a doorway in the shape of a cross. How did that mapper do that?

There are very narrow (1-point) sectors either side of the doorway that set the floor levels for the lifts. It's switch activated, or I'm looking at the wrong door.
