Zalausai Posted May 29, 2013 Is it just me or are there other users out here who also view things that are sent to post hell in the same regard as comics in the morning paper? 0 Share this post Link to post
Merry Widow Posted May 29, 2013 All it does is make me feel stupid.I could end up there again for answering this, too. It's not the end of the world, though. After a few days, someone else will be there. Read some of post hell. You're right, some recent posts are funny.I has been a while. 0 Share this post Link to post
Clonehunter Posted May 29, 2013 They are pretty good for a laugh mostly, and I tend to share them with other people not on the site. Some may not like that practice, but it's free advertising right? 0 Share this post Link to post
Netherstorm Posted May 29, 2013 It's tending to be like that now, I usually get a laugh out of threads which end up in post hell. 0 Share this post Link to post
GreyGhost Posted May 29, 2013 There's comic relief to be found in Hell, though maybe not so funny if it's your own threads appearing there on a regular basis. 0 Share this post Link to post
Obsidian Posted May 29, 2013 It's some excellent comic relief, to be sure. I recently found that the early pages of Blogs can provide a few chuckles as well. Case in point. 0 Share this post Link to post
AndrewB Posted May 29, 2013 Ridiculous comparison. Posts in post hell are actually sometimes amusing. 0 Share this post Link to post

Devalaous Posted May 29, 2013 Fun fact: I only just now realised there is a blog section. Sure seems to be out of the way. 0 Share this post Link to post

X-D Also, you can see all the Blog posts you've made by clicking on the Blog option on your posts. And Blog posts don't add to your postcount. :P DO YOU FEEL ENLIGHTENED? 0 Share this post Link to post
Devalaous Posted May 29, 2013 I find it amusing how its hidden inside the Morons section. "Post Hell" "Losers" and "Blogs" Yep, sounds about right. At least now I what on earth Eris was talking about in this one post earlier, he was referring to a blog post I never knew existed >_> As for Post Hell, its both hilarious, sad and disturbing all at the same time. I'd probably browse it more often than I do, but I tend to forget about the ridiculously obnoxious music that plays there and get my ears blasted, resulting in an immediate back button click. I can only imagine some devious bastard making a secret level set there, with that as the level tune.. 0 Share this post Link to post

188DarkRevived Posted June 1, 2013 Sometimes I find it very interesting to attempt deciphering just what exactly some of the topics in there are about... But in the end, it's inconclusive due to the abstractness of some of those contents. At other times, I wonder why portions of particular threads get helled. Like for instance, back in either 2007 or 2008 there was this thread about a community megawad in progress for Heretic1, and somewhere in the middle of that thread there was a debate about whether textures from Hexen1 are fitting with the atmosphere of Heretic1. It was a very rational and seemingly harmless debate, but yet it got helled and transfered out of the thread. 0 Share this post Link to post

The extra "x" on the end of the file name was just the label I gave the edited file. Edit: and the first "s" was an "r". For some reason the site I've linked to has the wrong file for the "r". But you get the idea. 0 Share this post Link to post
GreyGhost Posted June 1, 2013 So I was on the right track, but caught the wrong train. At least now buttspit won't die wondering. Just deciphered the message in your custom title. :D 0 Share this post Link to post

Reisal Posted June 2, 2013 Like many have mentioned, Post Hell has comic relief at times that make me check it more often, specially when the lock from the main vb page is white. I've muted Rutabaga Salad via Adblock as I've grown tired of it and Adblocked the flames as they got obstructive and annoying after a while 0 Share this post Link to post
