Resurrecting monster in vanilla

Hmm....tricky. Maybe make the pit a little bigger so Archie can move in all 4 directions? That's the only thing I can think of. You can also have chaingunners waiting in line to teleport to that spot, that's another trick with a similar effect.

It's really not weird, I promise. The arch-vile checks for corpses to resurrect only in his walking frames, A_VileChase. If he can't move, he won't resurrect corpses, as there's a check for actor->movedir != DI_NODIR around the code to do it.
