He's actually one of the most successful politicians in history. He mounted two respectable presidential campaigns, one of which he likely would have won if the economy didn't take a dump in October, and he's also been a senator for nearly 30 years.

Yep, neoconservatives have a list of countries they've outlined, for the U.S. to take action in, and install a U.S. friendly regime. Syria is among those nations, as is Iran, and many other Middle Eastern and African nations-states.

Anyway, I'm not at all surprised politicians play phone games during hearings, meetings, debates, or whatever else they're up to. Making people pay attention to one thing for hours is harder than making them move around for hours. I'd play games too, and I'd be proud of it.
