Not Another "Help With Upload" Thread! (/idgames question)

Hey fellow Doomers. For years I've been making maps, and the end result is usually that someone else uploads them to /idgames eventually, but I don't like asking that of others because of the annoyance. I'm trying to upload DK_DM_13.zip/.txt, I've tried a couple of times in the last half hour, every time getting this sequence of messages:

I am here mainly to ask - am I doing something wrong? It's been the same thing since 2009 when I tried to upload my older maps. What's the issue? I think if this can be resolved, it will help others besides just myself. It would be nice to not have to rely on others to get my wads up on /idgames :)

I can't find the thread for some reason, but the system is not accepting uploads for a few days, for hardware maintenance or something similar. Just hold off for a few days and it should be fine.

The archives are in read-only mode for a day or three. There were some known hard disk (hardware) issues and it looks like now's the time to replace things so please hold off on your magnum opus upload until things are back up.

I had a little trouble finding it and I knew what I was looking for, so don't feel too bad.
