I've heard March before, but I'm not sure about its origin. The other two are from Sonic games.

From what I can recall, march.mid was originally called spheare.mid. I looked it up and it appears that it was the battle theme of TetriNET (source here).

^ it's the song from Memento Mori 2 map03, composed by Mark Klem. The whole mm2 soundtrack is definitely worth listening btw.

Revenger.wad , MAP31.

I have heard that in some Duke3d addons, too.

What is this midi's origin?

Haha, it's one of those eurodance pop songs from the dwango wads. Unfortunately, it's one of those that haven't been identified yet.

My best effort for a complete Revenger listing:

Intermission: Requiem MAP12 ("Breach of Madness" by Mark Klem)
Text screen: Doom II text screen (why did they bother putting it back?)
Title screen: dunno the name, but it's also used in Heroes E1M9
MAP01: Doom E2M7
MAP02; Doom E2M2
MAP03: Doom2 IN_CIT
MAP05: Doom2 DEAD
MAP06 and MAP10: Descent theme from Lunar Outpost level (MUS conversion from DWANGO6 MAP01)
MAP07: "Grabbag" theme song from Duke Nukem 3D by Lee Jackson (MUS conversion from DWANGO10 title)
MAP08: "Main Title from Terminator 2" by Brad Fiedel
MAP09: ?
MAP10: See MAP06
MAP11: "Suck This" from ROTT by Lee Jackson
MAP12: "Departure" from Duke Nukem 3D by Lee Jackson
MAP13: chris3.mid : "a 'film music' sort of thing" by Christopher Jon Wilkins (from a series of MIDI files written to demonstrate how cool the GUS was)
MAP14: TNT: Evilution BETWEE ("Death's Bells")
MAP15: Toccata and Fugue in D minor
MAP16: "Run Like Smeg" from ROTT by Lee Jackson
MAP17: "Overture" from The Phantom of the Opera
MAP18: ?
MAP19: ?
MAP20: ?
MAP21: "Head Like a Hole" by Nine Inch Nails (from #1DWANGO MAP01)
MAP22: "The City Streets" from Duke Nukem 3D by Bobby Prince
MAP23: "Industrial Revolution" from Jean-Michel Jarre, same version as in Castle of the Renegades
MAP24: "Rock Me Amadeus" by Falco
MAP25: Dunno, but it's also used in Heroes E2M1
MAP26: "Beehive" from Last Hope of the UAC by Richard Dale Carlson
MAP27: "Main Title" from Escape from New York by John Carpenter
MAP28: ?
MAP29: ?
MAP30: DWANGO10 MAP11 (still unknown)
MAP31: DWANGO7 MAP01 (still unknown)
MAP32: ?

Revenger MAP12 is Departure from Duke Nukem Atomic Edition. (I think?)

Also I think I heard MAP18's music somewhere else before, can't remember.

MAP08 is Quad Machine from Quake II
MAP01 is the final boss theme from Ninja Warriors.

and I'll include MAP02 as Sandrock's Theme from Gundam Wing: Endless Duel, simply because that track is just amazing

EDIT: Bah, ninja'd

I'd like to know where this came from, I know it's based on BWV 1052 but that's all I know.

A Fool's Paradise by Symphony X

fun music quiz, this thread
