I haven't saw any porn megawads, I only saw a secret map in 'Whispers of Satan' that countains porn features like: Naked anime pictures and cybitchdemon that you had to spank in order to finish the level.

'Doom Center' has a strip club.

Would be interesting if you could fuck in doom, but were just goin' onto another level. :P
