Does anybody know a place that can host doom wads free with preferably no downloads?

If "no downloads" means you don't want the wads to be made public, you could try an online vault like HiDrive or a file host that allows you to flag files as "public" or "private". MediaFire has such a feature and so long as it's not linked to your Facebook account, private files should remain private.

I am meaning as in "You must download client to continue." and stuff like that. I TRIED Media Fire but to no avail.

Mediafire works fine for me, what problem are you having with it?
You could also try sendspace or filesmelt.

You don't need client software for MediaFire unless you want to try out their desktop folder or mobile apps.
