Doomserv fux0r up, NEED HELP!!!

Ok, I downloaded the files, installed, ran the prog, clicked on new user, filled all the stuff in that I needed to, pressed submit, than I got this error message:

"Run-time error '40006':


Wrong protocol or connection state for the requested transaction or request."

Than it crashes and I don't get to sign up, it always does this, is it something I screwed up? Or is it the progs fault? And in any case..can I fix it?

Did you get the .dsl file for washington server? When you run doomserv it should show washington server, click on that then the connect button

Where is that dsl file?
