monster door triggers and secret linedefs

I just discovered that monsters won't trigger door opening linedef actions in prboom+ when the linedef is set to secret. They will in zdoom, but not in prboom+.

Is there a reason for this? Lifts work ok, but doors no.

I believe it's the original vanilla behaviour which ZDoom ignores. It's there to prevent monsters from opening secrets for you.

Thats annoying, since in boom you can specify whether a walk-over linedef should be activated by monsters or not anyway.

I can work around it though.
