C30N9 Posted April 25, 2014 Because if I don't find one, I'll be using Blender video editor. 0 Share this post Link to post

plums Posted April 25, 2014 I had decent results with Avidemux. Depends what you're doing though. http://fixounet.free.fr/avidemux/ 0 Share this post Link to post
Maes Posted April 25, 2014 Avidemux and Virtualdub. The are free and sufficient if you're going to do just splicing/transcoding video files and apply simple processing/filters. Not much in the way of user-friendliness and fancy effects, though. 0 Share this post Link to post
Armaetus Posted April 26, 2014 I second Videopad. It's not loaded to the brim like Vegas is but if you're looking to add simple text and transitions, this software is very user friendly, especially 2.4.1. Look for that version and not the newer version which is less friendly and bulkier. Oh, and Virtualdub filters work with it also. 0 Share this post Link to post
RUSH Posted April 26, 2014 A third vote for Videopad. I've uploaded many videos to Youtube with it, and it does a nice 1080p HD. 0 Share this post Link to post
