Is my version of HeXen legit?

So, I went about my way searching in Google for Hexen and came across a website called ******** (you've probably heard of it). I came here because I'd heard a lot about the game via Doomers etc. and seen a few YouTube videos about it.

The game was downloadable with no cost needed and seems to run on Zandronum as the full version. It has all the levels and everything!

I saw somewhere that HeXen has a demo version instead of a shareware.


So, is my version legit? [Deleted link]

No, it is not. Hexen is still for sale by iD Software and any version you acquire or download for free is not legitimate, also known as warez. Per forum rules you also should not discuss where to get warez or getting warez yourself per the Doomworld FAQ, otherwise you may find yourself banned.

Wherever you got it, it's not legal. As per forum policy, don't discuss copyright infringement / piracy on Doomworld.
