The actual "game" reminds me of 1942, but I couldn't tell ya what the rest is from. Reminds me of Afterburner or something. My guess is original spriting considering how the scenes progress with the song.

It looks like edited footage from the intro of Aero Fighters/Sonic Wings or one of its many sequels, as well as some of the Raiden games and Blazing Star. Many of these shmups had flash, cool intros which could be used to make such a mashup.
