Doom games discounted on Steam till the end of Quakecon

I know that most people here already have DOOM games in their collection, but in case any of your friends wants a legal copy, all id Software and Bethesda titles are discounted on Steam for the duration of Quakecon (July 17th - 20th).

Right now they're only -25%, but apparently each game has its "day" (today being the day of "Dishonored"), so I think it's a safe bet that DOOMs will get -75% sometime this weekend.

Pay attention that this applies to other id titles as well (Wolf, Heretic, etc.)

IMO only if you want to complete your collection. gameplay-wise they don't add much of value.

I would say yes, it is worth it. Sverre's levels are not to be missed

Doom was discounted with Wolfenstein. (In fact, I'm not sure they discounted anything other than the New Order as far as Wolfenstein is concerned.)

The discounts were announced ahead of time on quakecon.org.

Thursday: Dishonored: Game of the Year and all Dishonored DLC at 50-75% off
Friday: Wolfenstein: The New Order and DOOM Sale at 50-75% off
Saturday: Fallout 3: Game of the Year, Fallout: New Vegas, and all Fallout: Classic Collection at 50-75% off
Sunday: The Elder Scrolls Sale, with Elder Scrolls titles selling for 50-75% off

Wolf pack was also discounted.
I might have bought RtCW (never use my PS2 nowadays) since it was only £1.49, but I'm not going to be running that any time soon.

These integrated Intel graphics are really beginning to wear thin on me now.

Shoukld have paid attention, could have gotten Wolf cheaper. Oh well, now I FINALLY own Wolf 3D on PC, and Spear of Destiny.
