CoD - Mission 5 (Command Control) - Help!

I have been enjoying CoD - very challenging. I am tired of level 5 though. I have the blue, yellow, and red keys but can't find the "green card". Have already spent way too much time looking around for it. Can someone help???

Here is a demo, it's very slow (~22 min iirc) and I get lost and other silly things, but it shows how to finish the map05.

Thank you - I missed one switch - behind the elevator - didn't think I could press it so I kept trying to shoot it and gave up.
