Brad_tilf Posted July 27, 2014 So, I'm efforting to keep this section of Doom Wad Station as up to date as possible - http://www.doomwadstation.net/idgames/index.php?folder=ZG9vbTM= It is the section where I keep my idgames backups of Doom/Doom2, etc... I also try to keep Doom 3 in there and up to date but finding new maps is difficult. I added a ton this week after going through filefront and moddb and downloading everthing I could find that I didn't have. So, with doom3world.org down, I am having difficulty finding the newer stuff. Is there anyone here who keeps up to date with that stuff who can point me in the right direction so I can keep this section of the site updated? 0 Share this post Link to post
RUSH Posted August 2, 2014 I don't think there are any other big Doom 3 mod websites left besides Moddb and Filefront - which you already seem to know about. 0 Share this post Link to post

Ya, and based on what I'm seeing - nobody really uses them any more. I am more than happy to let people use doom wad station as a repository for their work and, in fact, would love to bring on some new projects as hosted sites, if anyone is interested. I just don't even know if anyone is doing anything with doom 3 any more - doesn't appear to be. 0 Share this post Link to post
RUSH Posted August 3, 2014 I'll definitely keep my eye out for Doom 3 material and will let you know what I stumble upon. Next chance I get some free time I'll see if I can write some map/mod reviews for you 0 Share this post Link to post

And actually, if you're interested, there is one that I picked up in the last couple of weeks called "Teh Base" - it's in the doom3 section in the idgames archive on the site. If you're interested... 0 Share this post Link to post
