What does he do as CTO? Come up with better hardware or do the software? The hardware seems done before he came on board.

He hung out with Zuckerburg one day and Zuckerburg bought it the next day.

I think one thing that I took away from this is John squeezes a sponge and he keeps squeezing no matter how long it takes.
