Where to find System Shock 2 Ambient Sounds?

As the title suggests, I'd like to know where I can get ahold of the System Shock 2 Ambient Sounds and effects. Preferably ones that are already in a zip, or ones that can be accessed via Slade 3 (like Doom 3, Quake/Quake 2).

and downloaded a file full of them, but the file format is ".xls" and I have no idea how to open that type of file, let alone withdraw the sound effects within.
Any ideas?

You downloaded a spreadsheet with a list of them. You might like to look around those forums for information on how to extract sounds from the game.
