Hm, 31 December 2015. I wonder the degree of accuracy; the actual decided release date, an approximation (late '15/early '16), or just a very rough placeholder and that they haven't decided any general quarters at all yet.

I think it's either a placeholder or a rough approximation. There's no way it can be the actual release date, since it's more than a year away, and it's not even a Tuesday. But then again, not all retail games are released on Tuesdays.

As far as I understand, games are usually released on Tuesdays at least in America, sometimes also in Europe. I can't say for Japan since I don't know enough about the game industry there.
