Assuming the pyramids have their tips cut off only because you needed a sector for Plane_Align(slope) to slope towards, consider either using ZDoom's Slope things or joining the sloped sectors with dummy sectors outside the map to implement pyramids with proper pointy tips.

Thanks for the tip man, also, there's the vertex editor in GZDB which you can change the Z-axis of the vertex. :)
