Doom_Dude Posted February 10, 2019 (edited) Currently working on Vilecore II, map03: Halls of Doom, which is almost done. Going from map to map fixing / tweaking stuff.. Dynamite standing just near an exit portal (When I truly implement the feature, I want it that the player has to pick up certain items to unlock the next level/world) This also shows off more of the HUD so far, (I originally wanted this WAD to be compatible with QZDooM but for some reason when it comes to drawing numbers for the HUD, QZDooM makes them miss their marks significantly). This feline fellow is capable of firing spinning... bolt... bullet... things at you. (They hurt a lot so dodge them!) Despite them being cute, the Hawk robots are quite small and fast and can fly... but they're also rather weak dying in 1-2 shots from the green core (your first line of defence against the robotic army that has stormed over the frozten north). And here is a few of the collectibles. Medicine - 10hp recovered Fist Aid Kit - 25hp recovered Shorts - +25 armour (Caps at 100) Hoodie - +50 armour (Caps at 200) 5 Share this post Link to post

I have enough extra NDCP 1 maps to start NDCP 3. ;) I made a few levels just in case we needed to fill in any gaps so to speak, but it turned out they weren't needed in the end. This one I was just playing (haven't touched these since around the release or something). I'll probably add this map to a current project. I was just contemplating what I was gonna do with this one before spotting the NDCP comment. lol I have a lot of stuff I need to finalize. haha. Juza Posted February 14, 2019 @kaleb. I'd recommend some more color variation, at least for the 2nd area shwon in the screenshot - replace the gray wall with one of the brown techbase textures maybe?
