Missing MSVCR file

I tried to run it, but I keep getting this error.

"The program can't start because MSVCR 110.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

I tried to search online and even on the forums here, but I wasn't able to find anything related to my problem. I've tried to re download the program, but it gave me the same error message. Is there anything I'm missing?

If you haven't already done so, try installing Microsoft's Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4. It's a runtime support package that contains the .dll you're missing.
