Katamori Posted January 14, 2015 Another populist statement - an attempt to keep his popularity while the opinion about Hungary in foreign policy is just becoming even worse. https://euobserver.com/justice/127172 0 Share this post Link to post
Maes Posted January 14, 2015 Viktor Orban said:Economic immigration is a bad thing in Europe, it should not be seen as having any benefits, because it only brings trouble and danger to the peoples of Europe Tsk tsk, he's missing the point entirely. Somebody's got to pick our strawberries, esse. And regularizing them is not the answer, in this case: they are preferred by employers not in spite of their status, but precisely because of it. If they were all regularized, their "employers" would simply seek even more desperate "employees" (those that'd still fall through the cracks). And once again, I like the lack of distinction between regular/irregular immigrants, by using the unqualified appellation "economic migration", though Orban is far from being the main culprit in this resepct. 0 Share this post Link to post
ducon Posted January 16, 2015 Why was this guy invited at the demonstration? 0 Share this post Link to post
Gez Posted January 16, 2015 Some people who were not invited came anyway. Take Netanyahu, who not only was not invited but in fact was asked not to come, and he came anyway, and skipped in line to try to get the first bus, and pushed his way to be at the front row during the photo op... 0 Share this post Link to post

Good grief, I thought you were joking for a moment; turns out that was actually what happened. What a fucking asshat; a memorial is in progress and he wants to use it to get people to move to Israel? And he wasn't even invited and was explicitly asked to stay away? The fuck outta here. He wanted a photo-op? Well, he got it in the worst way possible. 0 Share this post Link to post

Any resemblance is purely coincidental. 0 Share this post Link to post
