You don't need any password, it's an anonymous FTP server. Your FTP client might have an option for that, or just use "anonymous" as username and your email as password.

3dArchives has a user limit of 1000, and 3dgamers has a user limit of 200. If you try to access these sites when they've reached their limits you sometimes get prompted for a login name and password. You just need to try again in a little while.
