I've noticed in GZDoom that sprite edges often turn out bright-looking with many of the WADs. I think it's because entry 0 in a lot of the palettes is a lot brighter than the default black. (Changing entry 0 to black fixes it, but can look bad elsewhere in game. Messing with GZDoom filtering settings can also fix it.)



That being said, epic project is epic. :D

(and there are actually some useful/interesting palettes in here too)
