Anybody ever seen a good doom cosplay?

I don't cosplay myself, but a buddy of mine does. I was very pleased when he told me he'd be going to some convention dressed up as doomguy with a chaingun. Has anybody here ever made a doom costume that turned out pretty well?

Somewhat related note...this Halloween I might shave my head, leaving a few patches of hair for horns so my head can be a cacodemon.
