I'm pretty sure Aubrey is capable of doing both. Looking at the console versions, the levels had atmospheric soundscapes while the main theme, the intermission and the credits were completely different. I wonder what projects Aubrey Hodges is currently working on?

If Goatlord's word is anything to go by, and by that I mean if he wasn't tripping on DMT while he was at Quakecon, then Doom 4 will have a dark ambient/industrial mix for its soundtrack.

If it comes out anything like this, I'd be fine with it.

I like the way you think. I'd be perfectly satisfied if the ost sounded similar to that, and not the taco bell salsa dance music of the original Doom games.
