Good deathmatch megawads that include monsters?

I thought some of the team tnt dm megawads would have monsters included, but nope. I want to try out a couple of deathmatch megawads with monsters to see what they're like, gameplay wise, when trying to complete them like a single-player game.

Motornerve 2 has just 2 maps, but they're just like what you asked for: Deathmatch layout with gameplay and monster placement carefully balanced for singleplayer too.

Well at lot of old DM wads in general have monsters, so you can also browse /idgames sorted by date.

I can tell you for sure that this 2-level wad has monsters:
levels/doom/deathmatch/g-i/gerbilz.zip
(but there's a ton more like that)
