The Doom-ified Frost Shards were made specifically for my mod, and I have no plans to do Timon's Ax nor the Mace of Contrition. Right now, I'm trying to focus on the other weapons.

Nope. He's very much from a 90s' computer game.

Both CyClones and Marathon do have characters that have that open-faced helmet(at least I think so with CyClones), but, in the interest of this being the
'show-your-sprites' and not 'guess-the-sprite' topic, this well-dressed gent is the humble security guard from Crusader - No Remorse. The player kills
hundreds of these guys even in just the early levels he shows up in.

The seat is taller so anyone sits on it can't bend over backwards over it.
The cushions are in doom greens so they can be colour-remaped to any colors in the palette.

Welp. I went and did it again.

 

Mike12 had been working on the Doomified Shadow Warrior Katana, but I don't think it was ever finished. So, I took the liberty to do all the hard work.

 

   

 

(that's right, I used widescreen assists from Shadow Warrior Classic Redux! They are located in the tiles directory of Shadow Warrior Classic's gameroot directory.)

 

This one took me a while (especially the second frame; as you might notice, I had to do some extensive work on the right arm so it would look consistent), but I'm very pleased the way it came out.

The use of A_WeaponOffset is recommended. Once you figure it out (I'm having problems trying to make it come out looking right), you've got yourself one badass weapon.

I made doom handed axe sprites a while ago, feel free to use. Not widescreen friendly though. Could probably use some extra work too.

Planning on reshading the flames? They don't look much like Doon's style, having that grainy 'comic book' shading some of Strife's art has (don't know what else to call it).

 

If you look at the Arch-Vile's fire, along with the burning barrel and that unused burning guy from the beta sprites, the flames there have a fairly soft and smooth shading to them.

Yeah, looking at it again, I'm not really pleased with how the flames turned out. I'll get to it eventually.

I always liked the look of Strife's robots and wondered why more mods don't use them, so to make that easier...
A Strife 'crusader' robot without the Order emblem hanging beneath it, and a second version edited to be used with Doom color translations.
