Enderkevin13 Posted June 29, 2015 Hi, I Recently Started Creating WADs, And For A While Doom Builder 2's Visual Mode Ran Smoothly, Then Suddenly It Lags When Doing Anything. I Wanna Be Able To Edit Details Without It Lagging Like Crazy. It Has No Reason To Suddenly Lag. How Can I Fix This? 0 Share this post Link to post
scifista42 Posted June 29, 2015 Just restart your computer (actual restart, not just sleep mode). 0 Share this post Link to post
MaxED Posted June 29, 2015 ...or you can download the last DB2 SVN build, which doesn't have this issue. 0 Share this post Link to post
Linguica Posted June 29, 2015 Is there ANY reason to use DB2 anymore? Hasn't GZDB surpassed it in every way? 0 Share this post Link to post
Kappes Buur Posted June 29, 2015 No reason at all. From some previous posts I deduce that most mappers, who refuse to adopt GZDB, have an aversion to GZDoom and thusly transfer that mental block to the editor. As the saying goes:You can lead a horse to water but you cannot make it drink. 0 Share this post Link to post
Enderkevin13 Posted June 30, 2015 Two Things: 1. Thanks Poster #1, Your Idea Helped. 2. I've Gotten Used To Using Doom Builder 2 Just. XD 0 Share this post Link to post

But yeah, your statement is obviously true and we're all just morons. 0 Share this post Link to post
SyntherAugustus Posted July 1, 2015 Do you have a high dpi mouse? You may need to turn down your polling rate. I had a ton of stutters with my logitech g500 until I did so. 0 Share this post Link to post
