Sephiroth Posted June 1, 2002 i use AIM to talk to alot of doomers out in the world. however it has become as bad as ICQ with spam. as soon as i log on i get a message about porn or money. i think these are bots for the most part so how do i block a bot, i know i can block certian users. this would really help me out cause i hate that damn shit 0 Share this post Link to post

zark Posted June 1, 2002 You can set the privacy options so that only people on your buddy list can contact you. My AIM > Edit Options > Edit Preferences Then go to Privacy, second on the list. 0 Share this post Link to post

You have to right click that little icon then close it to get rid of it, it's pretty damn hard to do that on accident.
