Well Blob1024... I tried... Nope... Map28 isn't maxable. Not enough rockets to deal with 320 hell knight/Baron of Hell.
You can watch my attempt but I'm sure there instead 25 rockets in each section must be 100... Then yeah.. Then it will be maxable.... Punching 80 suckers without berserk isn't funny and i just can't find out the easiest way.

I'm not sure about MAP21. There i everything must do from scratch just to kill everyone.
The first i would like to finish Bloodstain but... As i see this is still not finished. or finished... Don't know...
IGTH will be later. This is much harder than some of Chillax map.
Map24 and map25 I'm not tested... I'm sure as usually that i should use some tactic to save ammo.

@yaqsxw I watched these videos long ago and I must say that Sandro guy is awesome but his maxes and Azuruish's maxes are completely different.

Hey hey hey.... Hold got damn it on! The main difference between these walkthrough and mine in two (very painful) things - Item Respawn and Freeaiming.
In prboom doesn't exist 'Item Respawn' option so even that walkthrough for map05 (for example) are useless just because ammo isn't enough and you have to punch 200 imps without berserk.
And posting here links about how to complete levels with 'item respawn' parameter are completely unnecessary. I could do it by myself.
+ These walkthroughs are slow. Well... Except map39... There yeah... There i screwed up.
