Asylum of the Wretched. Just remember, you must load it along with the .deh file, and you must use a non-ZDoom-based port to play it, otherwise it won't behave correctly and you won't be even able to leave the first room. You're supposed to lure Zombiemen to open the first door for you.

There are dozens of 1994 wads that begin with a prison break, possibly inspired by Wolfenstein 3D. RRWARD01.WAD is one of my favorites, it's such an adventure.
