[CRASH] D2INO.WAD (Doom 2 In Name Only) fails on MAP01 on vanilla Doom

Trying "Doom 2 in name only" on Dehacked-modified Doom2+ (which I assume is largely the same as Doom2 1.9 in this respect) results in a fatal error when going to MAP01:

- if I'm loading the unmodified PWAD, I get this:

Z_CheckHeap: block size does not touch the next block
- if I'm loading the PWAD after applying "deusf -append d2ino.wad" on it:
Z_CT at w_wad.c:510
Is it a common problem?
