She's been drinking some water saturated with silver or something. That skin color doesn't seem like something too healthy to have, yes?

From a distance it looks great, but from up close its a rather huge piece made out of colored blocks.

Did you enlarge this ?

This is a good point. It would be serviceable in an animation, but a static picture should probably flesh out more detail.

There's too many blues, cyans and magentas to be the RGBI palette. These or similar colors might exist in the 64-color EGA palette, but there's still too many of them to display on screen at once (although changing the palette entries partway down the screen might work; I think some games, maybe Lemmings, did this)...

It should be easy using the recently-developed 1k-color CGA mode, though :-)
