Doom map to Quake?

Ive been looking on how to convert a doom map to quake and i cant find the program people mention. I've googled, no luck. Can anybody help?

DOOM Map format is completely different than Quake, I Don't think it's even possible, you'll probably have to recreate the map Manually .

There have been people that done this already, and i just found a program that works

However, the WAD2map doesnt convert textures over ;(

It's totally possible, I did some work on it before but it's kinda tedious work to make.

I remember this being popular when quake first came out. Can't remember any of the tools though!
