MrFlibble Posted September 8, 2015 A while ago I found a game/mod called Barista 1 which uses some of Freedoom assets. There's also a couple of projects at ModDB/IndieDB like Zombie Panic or Terrorized. I wonder if there is indeed any sense to catalogue such projects? I don't mean those more or less direct handheld ports, but separate games that use Freedoom resources to any extent. I suppose it could be interesting to keep track of possible asset modifications by third parties. [Edit] I've just discovered Gloomy Dungeons which had used Freedoom resources in the prototype stage (alongside sprites from Daniel Cook's "Sinistar Clone"). The final game, judging by gameplay videos, retained only sound effects and music, with the rest of assets having been replaced, and released as open source. 0 Share this post Link to post
