Tracer Posted October 22, 2015 http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=bAqkW__FYE8 Taking the contents of this video into consideration, would it be a simple task to play Doom with a mouse and keyboard on your smartphone? 0 Share this post Link to post
RestlessRodent Posted October 22, 2015 Difficult to follow the video especially with bad sound levels. Assuming your smartphone supports USB on the go you could attach any device to it. The software end will rely on whether or not there is support for using attached keyboard and mice. There is also consideration on how the source ports on the device are programmed, some may only operate via touch for example. 0 Share this post Link to post
fraggle Posted October 22, 2015 Sure, should work fine. The USB OTG cables only let you plug one device in so if you want keyboard *and* mouse you'll need to plug in a hub. 0 Share this post Link to post
fraggle Posted October 22, 2015 Bluetooth makes it even easier. Just pair it to your phone. I haven't tried with any Android or iPhone source ports but as far as I know they're all derived from existing desktop source ports and there's no real reason the authors would have stripped out support for the traditional keyboard/mouse input methods. 0 Share this post Link to post
Linkrulezall Posted October 23, 2015 That's a lovely fake lens flare. Out of all the fake lens flares I've ever seen, I think that one might actually be my favorite. 0 Share this post Link to post
